1. Introduction

Welcome to globalopenmic.com! (a secure, privacy-driven web application, developed by Earth-Jams Nation Development, LLC). By accessing and using globalopenmic.com, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

By using the globalopenmic.com software, you acknowledge that have read and understand the points presented in this document and that you are legally bound by your acceptance and acknowledgement that you've done so.

2. Member Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use globalopenmic.com. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

3. Member Accounts & Responsibilities: You acknowledge that you understand the following:

globalopenmic.com is a product of Earth-Jams Nation Development, LLC, (EJND), and, is a software product developed by EJND.

Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, user-names and passwords. Any suspicious activity should be reported to globalopenmic.com Support.

Members are required to provide and maintain a verified email address and strongly encouraged to provide a mobile phone number to assist EJND in providing double-factor authenticaion in the event of security issues. Failure to do so could result in your account being disabled and possibly having your data being deleted from the system, in certain cases.

globalopenmic.com will never read your device data, or deposit cookies on your device. Your sessions are managed by our secure, privacy driven software.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing : You understand that :

globalopenmic.com members retain ownership of any content they post. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content, solely, for the purpose of operating the service and providing YOU with access to your data.

E J Belala, (the developer), is the sole proprietor of EJND and is continuing to develop and to introduce additional features that will become available in future releases.

EJND is a at present, and until further notice, a one person operation. The developer will make every effort to respond to all issues as quickly as possible. The developer has to prioritize tasks. Requests are answered in the order received.

Creating a globalopenmic.com membership is free for everyone. The first 90 days of membership are also free. Version 1.0 begins our transition to a paid subscription model. Details are still under review.

In globalopenmic.com, Verion 1.0, going forward, some aspects of globalopenmic.com will be offered only under the paid subscription, we have to eat, pay rent, pay our ISP, etc.

5. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use : You understand :

As a globalopenmic.com member, that all blog post data that you post on globalopenmic.com, is, initially, publicly available to all other members, unless you restrict access using our privacy features. Instructions available, inside the web site.

You agree not to post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

You agree not to post links leading to sites that route other members to other sites that show pornographic or illegal content.

You agree not to engage in harassment, bullying, or threats.

You agree not to engage in impersonation or misrepresentation of who you are.

You agree not to engage in spamming or unauthorized advertising.

You understand that Earth-Jams Nation Development, LLC, cannot control the actions of other members of globalopenmic.com. You are responsible to protect yourself and be cautious when communicating with other members whom you don't know, and when posting data to the community at large.

6. Privacy & Data Usage

Our Our Privacy Policy is a very simple agreement between you and globalopenmic.com. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices. We collect only necessary data while creating your account. We DO NOT share your data with anyone, for any reason. Data that you upload or enter into the system, is under your control. We backup your data and maintain it, but, you decide how long it remains on our server. We do not put cookies or other trackers onto your system. We do not read any data from your device, except what you enter or upload into globalopenmic.com.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of globalopenmic.com. We will, however, do all we can to protect you and your data.

You understand that these terms and conditions are always under review & development, and are subject to change. Earth-Jams Nation Development, LLC will do all it can to maintain fairness to all users of globalopenmic.com.

You understand that if any disputes arise between you any other users of globalopenmic.com, you can use Support Talk to contact the developer. The developer, will be the referee of the displute and the developer's decisions will be explained to all parties concerned, and, will be final.

You understand that the developer is arbitrator of all disputes and you agree that his decisions are final. You understand that outside arbitration is not going to happen.

You understand that if the membership grows substantially, the rules may change out of sheer necessity.

You understand that the developer's intent is to be fair and honest with the globalopenmic.com community members and that the developer will do everything possible to ensure that your membership is both an enjoyable and a productive part of your online life and business experience.
